How Will This Affect My Order?
The planned industrial action by Royal Mail is likely to cause significant delays to delivery times but we promise your wonderful orders will be well worth the wait. Due to the backlog caused by the strikes there may be further delays in the week following the industrial action. We are doing everything we can to get your beautiful personalised stationery & gifts to you as fast as possible. Due to cancelled post collections we will be dropping all our post directly to Royal Mail to try and get your orders to the top of the list.
Unfortunately, all our delivery services are affected by the strikes and we do not currently offer an alternate postal service. However, Royal Mail has advised that it will be prioritising Special Delivery and Tracked 24 services, which includes our Express and Premium delivery options.
We are sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we do our best to get your orders through your letterbox!
